Love yourself more than that. Stop starving yourself of things you really need. Love yourself more than that. Stop talking about you as if your worth nothing. Love yourself more than that. Stop thinking the world is falling apart always. Love yourself more than that. Stop returning to painful memories or places or actions. Love yourself more than that.
Stop it. You're wonderful. And could be so happy. Let yourself. Love yourself enough for that.
